In 1992, New York State Attorney Peter W. Antonowicz opened his own disability law firm in Rome, New York. He devotes all of his professional time to helping the disabled.  The Law Offices of Peter W. Antonowicz can help you obtain the disability benefits to which you are entitled.

The Law Offices of Peter W. Antonowicz are dedicated solely to the representation of Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income claimants.   We are dedicated to providing very personal, caring, and empathetic legal services to disabled Central New Yorkers.

The Social Security Administration has a very specific definition of disability and method of determining whether an individual is disabled.  The Social Security Administration needs very particular and specific information in order to properly evaluate your claim.

The Law Offices of Peter W. Antonowicz will help you understand the Social Security Administration definition of disability and explain the method that the Social Security Administration uses to determine whether you are disabled.  We know what the Social Security Administration needs to see to approve your disability claim, and we know how to get it!

Many people that are entitled to Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income benefits are denied at the initial level or first step.  If you have been denied at the initial level you will receive a Denial Notice from the Social Security Administration.  You do not have to wait for a denial to retain a qualified Disability Attorney.
