Since graduating from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1976, John A. (Jack) Kaiser has represented injured and disabled persons in Social Security Disability appeals, workers compensation disputes and personal injury claims from his offices in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

His clients generally come from western and northern Wisconsin, ranging south to LaCrosse, north to Superior and Ashland, west to Minnesota, and east to central Wisconsin.

Mr. Kaiser does not charge a fee for initial consultations, and, if retained, he charges his fees on a contingent, percentage basis, payable only if the client wins benefits.
