Kasserman and Bowman, a law firm with practice concentrations in personal injuries, wrongful discharges, Social Security Disability and SSI, and workers' compensation, was formed by Ronald William Kasserman and Jonathan Clark Bowman on February 1, 2006.
Ron and Jonathan have practiced together for nine years prior to forming this new firm, a firm centered on the idea of respect. Kasserman and Bowman concentrates its practice in primarily just a few areas to provide the best possible representation for those injured, whether it be on-the-job, in an automobile accident, or otherwise; disabled and pursuing claims for Social Security Disability benefits and Supplemental Security Income payments (i.e., SSI); and wrongfully terminated. We do also assist people who have been generally disrespected and wronged.

Biography
Jonathan was born in Wheeling on August 23, 1970. He received both his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Philosphy in 1992 , and his law degree in 1996 from West Virginia University.
Jonathan practices exclusively in the areas of Social Security (representing those who have filed applications for Disability, Supplemental Security Income, and Retirement benefits) and West Virginia workers’ compensation (representing primarily injured workers).
Jonathan comes from a blue-collar family. His generation was the first in the family to graduate from college. His ancestors have all worked in factories, coal mines, and other labor positions. Many in his family have been hurt on-the-job or have become disabled.
Jonathan knows firsthand the importance of the Social Security program. Both of his parents became disabled before they could retire and pursued claims for Disability. Both were wrongfully denied before they were ultimately approved years after filing their claims.
