The firm has been in existence under various names since 1950. It was begun by the late Alfonso A. Magnotta and Joseph V. Wilcox. Charles and Mark Robison carry on their proud tradition of fierce representation of their clients. Charles has been a member of the Michian Bar since 1961 and is admitted to practice before all the State and Federal Courts in Michigan, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He has been rpresenting Social Security applicants for more than 25 years before most of the hearing offices in central Michigan. He has presided over the Social Security secion of the State Bar and currently serves on its council.
