34 year old awarded benefits based on visual impairment

The medical expert at the hearing testified that the claimant did not meet the listing of impairment for vision.  A cross-examination of the expert revealed that he did not have the revised vision listing.  Additional post-hearing evidence was obtained from the treating eye doctor and the ALJ awarded the claimant benefits based on his meeting the listing of impairment for vision.
