Persistence with failed back surgery claim Law Office of Stuart Pastor

Client was under fifty, and suffered debilitating pain as a result of failed back surgery syndrome. Unfortunatley he drew an administrative law judge who rarely awards claimants under fifty who are disabled due to back pain. In this case both the client's orthopedic surgeon and pain management specialist issued statements in response to questions that I submitted to them. Both stated that the claimant would need to recline intermittently during the daytime to relieve his pain. One of the doctors explained on the basis of a post surgery MRI that scar tissue was irritating a spinal nerve root, and nothing further could be done to remove the scar tissue as it was likley to reform if another surgery was performed. The Appeals Council issued a fully favorable decision.
