One may consider that this is a heartless government program that leaves the disabled without recourse. This difficult situation puts individuals with valid claims into a precarious position, both financially and personally. SSDI supplements lost income to these individuals and the program is funded by company payroll taxes. Reports show that approximately 90 percent of people in the US who file for SSDI use the services of a legal representative to help them file correctly. If you qualify, we can continue to help you with filing for disability benefits and provide you with information on collecting disability payments. Our firm is ready to assist you in seeking Disabled Adult Child Benefits (DAC), and can help with Social Security Disability eligibility, Social Security Disability costs, myths about the SSA program, Medicare/Medicaid and appealing denied claims.
