20 year old with history of drug abuse awarded SSI benefits

Claimant suffered from bipolar disorder, antisocial personality disorder, and polysubstance abuse. At a spirited hearing the medical expert agreed that the claimant met a listing of impairment and that her drug abuse was not material to her disability. The ALJ awarded SSI benefits.
