We understand the Social Security regulations that determine when pain is a disabling condition. Our client explains how we helped him:

"Well, I was in a lot of pain. I had already had two discs that had ruptured… They weren’t touching on the nerve endings, but I was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t sit. I couldn’t stand. I knew I had to do something because I couldn’t work.

If it wasn’t for you, I definitely wouldn’t have gotten it, because they were dead set against giving it to me…Their doctors... I was talking to strangers…Obviously they don’t want you to be disabled, whether you are or not.  Id hate to have them determine whether I am or not because I don’t think I would have ever gotten it.

You need somebody who can understand what you’re going through, who can put it in terms that social security will understand. For me it worked out well."
